First we'll take your panel design from the ePanel Builder and hand draw it in CAD to ensure there are no errors and that everything will fit together with no interference issues...

 

Then we'll take your panel blank, cut a new panel blank or you can choose from one of our custom modular panel, and we'll use our CNC water jet cutter to cut the perfect panel blank for your project (trays may or may not be mounted depending on which package you desire)...

   

Finally the panel is painted using a base coat / clear coat system.  The labels are applied to the base coat and the clear coat protects both the paint and labels...
